New trees cancel out air pollution cuts

Studied specific areas to show the contrast between VOC's in trees as opposed to those of businesses.  Found the importance that trees play in creating monoterpenes and isoprene which was three times that of the reductions that businesses made from the 1980's to the 1990's.
