Enhancing Wisconsin's urban forests: assessment of Wisconsin's urban forestry assistance program

This report "presents background on the urban forest in Wisconsin and the DNR urban forestry assistance program, explains the methodology used for the study, describes the current state of the urban forest, summarizes the accomplishments and results of the current program, and explores major issues that were found through the assessment process. A new set of strategic goals for the program is proposed and priority roles for DNR staff and partners are suggested.
