Minnesota ReLeaf program implementation plan, May, 1992

The Minnesota ReLeaf program was established to encourage tree planting, maintenance, and improvement of trees in communities and rural areas of the state to reduce atmospheric carbon dioxide levels, promote energy conservation and provide aesthetic and environmental benefits.
