Concordance among extension workers, researchers, and professional arborists in rating landscape trees

In the study described here [the authors] used the Delphi method to collect data on species rating and used the Kendall coefficient of concordance to test the strength and quality of agreement of a panel of Extension professionals among themselves and in comparison with other professional groups.
