Urban forestry: what we can learn from cities around the world

The purpose of this report is to identify ideas which can stimulate better planning, management, and use of the urban and community forests in the United States. The ideas were generated in a study of the urban forests of Murmansk, Moscow, Tokyo, Tehran, Stockholm, and Beijing.
