Journal, Research (Article)
This paper provides a brief synopsis of the background to the Community Forest Programme, sets out what it is trying to achieve, and what the experience has been of the economic appraisal process. The Community Forest Programme is a joint initiative of the Forestry Commission and the Countryside Commission in partnership with 60 local authorities.
