This workbook is a supplemental document to 'Urban Tree Residues: Results of the First National Inventory.' The workbook is designed to provide a framework for performing a survey of urban tree residue generators. The format is structured to allow users the opportunity to follow a consistent methodology when surveying the urban tree care industry. The workbook provides a broad discussion and approach for designing, implementing, and analyzing data related to the tree care industry. Each section addresses issues involved in preparing for and subsequently initiating a survey. Considerable effort is involved in executing a survey and consequently it is important that the survey be performed in a methodical and careful manner. This workbook will help to guide the reader in this process. |
