As Florida's population grows and its wildlands are increasingly used for new development, the wildland/urban interface problem will also grow in importance. Successful implementation of an effective interface management plan will depend on close cooperation between local and state government, developers and all fire service agencies. It is hoped that this guidebook will help all involved parties work together to solve this pressing problem. |
