Abstract: Private and public forest landowners are trying to meet resource needs through appropriate land management. Policymakers are charged with the task of developing and evaluating policies that will meet the diverse needs of the public. Policymakers and extension personnel also need input from private landowners in developing appropriate educational programs. This survey will give State Division of Forestry officials and Cooperative Extension personnel insights as to what landowners of Oklahoma think about their forest lands.
