This workshop focused on using the media to transmit fire management information to the general public and urban/wildland interface homeowners. Two basic questions were addressed: 1. How do we best work with the media during an actual wildland fire crisis? 2. How do we best work with the media to communicate the need for homeowners to engage in fire prevention activities in wildland/urban interface developments? |
