"EPN is an EC-funded Thematic Network that aims to improve monitoring,assessment and prediction of climate-induced phenological changes andtheir effects in Europe. Its overall objective is to increase theefficiency, added value and use of phenological monitoring and researchand to promote the practical use of phenological data in Europeanmember states in the context of global (climate) change."
