Above Ground Video Monitoring (Flagstaff)

This link describes a video montoring system developed to inspect tree cavities by the Rocky Mountain Research Station (Flagstaff, AZ). Consists of a video camera, telescoping pole and handheld TV monitor. Could possibly be adapted to make above ground inspections of limbs, and limb attachments to trunk in addition to upper tree cavities.
