Watering Trees
Fact sheet describing the methods, quantity, and frequency of watering trees in Hawaii.
This publication discusses how to apply water and how much. Excess water on leaves can create a habitat for diseases. Water should take place near the tree’s drip line. The soil composition is a key factor in water infiltration and retention. It also is a factor in how often a tree must be watered. 2 pages, 8.5"x11"
