Philadelphia: "The Holy Experiment"

A documentary about the restoration and growth of the city of Philadelphia.

This DVD is one of four hour-long broadcasts in a PBS series called “Edens Lost & Found.” It reveals the history and origin of the city of Philadelphia. One of the main topics addressed in the documentary is finding various approaches to help restore communities within the city. Philadelphia is full of diverse people improving the landscape through artistic murals and horticultural landscapes. Ordinary citizens rally with the aid of organizations such as the Philadelphia Water Department, East Park Revitalization Alliance, and the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.
