City of Eugene Urban Forest Management Plan

"The Eugene Tree Comission developed the Urban Forest Management Plan. It contains goals and policies that will guide the City of Eugene in its actions and decisions affecting trees within the city limits. The plan will help the City effectively and equitably manage trees on both public and private property...This plan focuses on the tree component of an urban forest, including trees along streets, in parks, in yards, by rivers, creeks, streams, ponds, and on the hillsides."
